What is your return policy?
We will happily accept unopened games within 30 days of purchase. If you are wanting to return your opened game because of damaged or missing pieces, please contact us and we can send replacements.

I backed the project on Kickstarter but never received my game. What the heck?
After the Kickstarter campaign ended, we used a Pledge Manager called Gamefound and instructed backers to complete their order there. Backers used Gamefound to add their shipping address, pay for shipping, and add extra games (if desired). We sent out many Kickstarter updates with instructions, but if you missed them and still want your game, please contact us and we’ll send you your copy!

Why don’t you ship outside of the US?
We’re a small two-person operation and for the sake of not spreading ourselves too thin, all of our inventory is in the US. This means it’s really expensive to ship internationally…for many places, its about the same cost as the game. We know this is a major bummer which is why we have a print n play available and why we’re working on a mod for Board Game Arena! If you’re super psyched on First Ascent and are willing to pay for international shipping, please contact us.
